I Miss You, Hugs And Kisses (1978)

(aka Drop Dead, Dearest; Left For Dead)

Nastiness Rating:

Directed by: Murray Markowitz

This is seriously one of the more boring Nasties. It’s a pretty standard murder mystery that has one not so gruesome scene (Elke Sommer’s murder at the beginning) and one creepy scene (a man has sex with a woman he’s just killed…not Elke). Other than that, it’s basically a courtroom drama where Elke’s husband is accused of her murder. They bring every single person they can think of up to the stand. I think his barber might be there? And we see some of their lives together and how hateful they were to each other. Of course, there’s another woman. Of course, she’s nicer (and younger) than Elke.

Ok. I’ve already spent too much time on this. Don’t bother. It sucks that I spent so much time looking for this movie for it to be so boring. But, there you have it. Most Nasties just aren’t good

LOW POINT: Ugh. Just…everything. I hate this movie.
